I recently came to know about Flexify through Instagram and went to try same. I was facing severe calf pain and foot ankle issues due to plantar fasciitis. Through their posture analysis, Dr. Komal chalked out a plan for me throughly for pain management and strengthening of my leg. Currently after about 7 sessions, I am feeling lightness in my calf and with the reduction in the level of pain I am able to carry out my day to day functions smoothly earlier as use to face issues such as inflammation with prolonged standing has reduced to an extent. I had severe pain in Back , legs calf,

And visited the Koregaon park flexify me advance therapy
Dr. Chaitali ma'am consulted me regarding my pain
She had design the course for 21 days
1)Ai Posture correction
2) pain relief therapy ( which includes cupping , IFT therapy
3) for pain they have nice gel ointment also and one time they have pasted the tapes too
4) after pain relief alternate days
Decopression started
5) from day 1 only physio excersize taken by Dr. Chaitali whee she taught me some excercise to control pain and long term pain relief
