I have been reasonably active however last October I experienced a spasm and severe catch in my shoulder. Dr Prabodh did the initial diagnosis and charted a line of treatment. I have had various treatment sessions under supervision of Dr Prabodh, Dr Takashila and Finally with Dr Isha. It was a fantastic recovery over a period. Flexifyme has a comprehensive approach to the problem and mixes it well with equipments, needling, manual adjustments and exercises. The establishment has variety of equipment which can be used as tailored for your problem. The entire staff is always very courteous and responsive. My niggles have gone and I felt that I did make a great choice. Dr Isha "The Excellent" has been a hands on person guiding and collaborating. Full marks to the entire team and establishment.
